Will Grover

A talented techie and all-around great guy, Will and Chris have been good friends for the past eight years. As Lauren’s little brother, Will has been a part of the couple’s journey since day one. Will graduated from UC Berkeley, with a degree in Economics, and currently works as a business relationship manager for Computer Associates.

Ashley Shultz

Caring, smart, and entrepreneurial spirited Ashley Shultz has been a friend of Lauren and Chris’ for the past six years. Ashley’s many talents span from preparing fancy cuisine, knitting, animal care, to working the camera as a model. The animal lover in Ashley has her currently perusing a dog-training certificate.

In the words of Lauren, “Ashley is talented, smart, and has a huge heart.” In the words of Chris, “Ashley is a great friend, but when Lauren met Ashley our text message bill was went through the roof. I moved us to an unlimited plan.”

Scott Mauger

It’s only a matter of time before Scott Mauger becomes a household name. Scott is a brilliant chemical engineer and recently received his PhD from UC Davis. However, Scott’s greatest accomplishment was when he became Chris’ brother-in-law after marrying his sister Shannon. Currently, Scott and Shannon are living in Sweden where Scott is working on post-doctorate studies, and can be found in spare time with his head in the freezer in preparation for the pending Swedish winter.

Icebreaker: In addition to being a science genius, Scott is a musical trivia master. See if you can stump him with a question.

Shannon Mauger

Shannon is Chris' youngest sister and a close friend of Lauren's. Shannon and her husband Scott live in Sweden, while Shannon works as a teacher and Scott works on post-doctorate research at Linköping University.

Charles Pierce

Master of all things rock and all around awesome dude, Charles, better known as Charlie, is Chris’ long time friend. Charlie and Chris met through their mutual love of playing music. Charlie affords his musical activities as a technical equipment sales manager, and currently provides backup vocals and plays bass guitar for the recently signed band Left of Christ. Charlie is a proficient guitarist, pianist, vocalist, and songwriter. If you haven’t heard of Charlie yet, one day you will.

Camilo Salazar

The man with the calibrated eyeball. ☺ Camilo is an extremely talented mechanical engineer, and long time friend of Lauren and Chris. Camilo and Chris were coworkers at Telenet Semiconductor where the two shared an office, as well as many years of good laughs. A southern California native, Camilo recently purchased a home with his new bride Tallie. The two can be found spending time with family and living live to it’s fullest.

Ryan McNulty

Master of all sports and a chill dude, Ryan and Chris grew up together sharing their love of Ghostbusters, baseball, and fun. Ryan grew up to complete his education at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California, where he gained a love of outdoors. Today, Ryan lives in Santa Cruz, California.
